Heatwave House is an annual event that is thrown by Warner Records Nashville during the week of CMA Fest in Nashville, TN. This event hosts artists and their teams, influencers, staff, and is open to the public. Select artists from the WRN roster perform throughout the day, and there are specialty drinks, photobooths, merch, and so much more. This is one of WRN’s biggest events of the year, and I have been in charge of creating and maintaining the design, assets, and variations that come with it.
Digital assets are a priority for this event. From social posts to sponsor and artist screens to digital billboards, everything must be done weeks in advance for a seamless execution.

Physical assets such as banners, menus, window clings, laminates, directional signage, and much more are also needed well in advance for this event. Spell-check and attention to detail are incredibly important for these assets.
