Being the art director, photographer, and designer for this project was extremely helpful; I was able to communicate directly with Gavin and therefore seamlessly execute our vision. Even though typography is one of my favorite parts of design, I knew I had to let the photos do the talking for this project.

With this being one of the most anticipated album releases of the year, creating cohesive visuals throughout all socials was incredibly important. From social media to magazines and billboards to physical activations, this album’s rollout took over Nashville.

Along with the rest of the creative, the packaging was a significant part of this project. I was able to run with the original concept, highlighting the car and the moody atmosphere. Besides the gatefold layout and being able to utilize so many images, my favorite detail is the disc with the real tire of his car.
